This intensive 6-week Skills Bootcamp in Groundworks is designed to fast-track your journey into the construction industry through an accelerated apprenticeship. You’ll gain the essential qualifications, hands-on experience, and professional skills needed to start work with confidence and complete your apprenticeship in as little as 12 months.
What is a Skills Bootcamp?
Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible training courses of up to 16 weeks, backed by the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee. They are developed in partnership with local employers to meet real labour market demand.

What is an Accelerated Apprenticeship?
An accelerated apprenticeship is a standard apprenticeship that can be completed in a shorter time than usual, often within 12 months, thanks to the training and qualifications you’ll gain during this bootcamp.
By completing the course, you’ll already have key industry certifications such as the CSCS card and NPORS tickets, along with essential knowledge and practical skills. This means you’ll be able to hit the ground running on-site, allowing you to progress through your apprenticeship more quickly than traditional routes
