SKILLS FOR LIFE: SKILLS BOOTCAMPS FOR EMPLOYERS

Develop your skills, be ready, be the future... working in partnership to drive world class technical education.

We’re offering Skills Bootcamps, at a significantly reduced price (save at least 70%). This fantastic opportunity is part of the Government’s SKILLS FOR LIFE initiative, for people based in the West of England.

Here’s what we can offer:

  • A mixture of classroom-based lectures (on day-release) and online learning
  • Upskill your employees, with the training they need

Skills Bootcamp Information for Employers

Course delivery will comprise of one tutor-led session once a week.

The Bootcamps run over 10 weeks (term-time).

There is formative assessment throughout the programme and an end of programme portfolio.

Employer commitment for learner to complete all training elements. Evidence from employer to confirm that the training provided via the Skills Bootcamp has resulted in either a new job role or an enhanced role for the employee that now utilises their new skills gained via this Skills Bootcamp.

Cost for large employers (with 250 staff or more) 30% contribution £681.76 per person.

Cost for SME employers (with 249 staff or less) 10% contribution of £227.25 per person.
